A day after Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Madison Bumgarner called Victor Robles a "clown," the Washington Nationals centerfielder took the comment in stride and wore a red nose in the dugout.
Robles, 25, hit a home run off Bumgarner late in the Nationals' 7-2 loss to Arizona on Saturday night.

After the game, Bumgarner told reporters that the Washington outfielder admired the homer a little too long for his liking.
"That guy is a clown."

"That guy is a clown, golly. No shame, no shame," Bumgarner said. "It's 7-1, you hit your third home run of the year and you act like you're Barry Bonds breaking the record. Clean it up. ... I'm the old grumpy guy, I know, but that type of stuff didn't use to happen. Now it's ridiculous."
On Sunday, Robles put on a red nose early in the next game against the Diamondbacks.
